Accept direct payments for a vacation rental
A reliable direct payment flow starts with a visible total, terms shown before confirmation and a payment account controlled by the host.
Show the total before payment
List the stay, fees, possible taxes and options before requesting payment. Display cancellation and refund terms as well.

How BNB Pilot uses Stripe
When enabled, BNB Pilot creates a Checkout Session on the host’s connected Stripe account. The booking is finalised only after payment confirmation; a failed or expired attempt is not a paid booking.
Fees, refunds and disputes
BNB Pilot does not charge a per-booking fee. Stripe fees, refunds and disputes for direct charges remain with the host’s connected account under its Stripe terms.
Activation checklist
Verify the connected account, test the full total, review cancellation terms and keep a contact method visible. Receipts and PDFs depend on confirmation and configured services.
