- Estimated annual revenue = annual volume × average price.
- Current commissions = annual revenue × commission rate.
- Revenue moved direct = annual revenue × direct share.
- Net savings = direct revenue × commission rate − enabled estimated Stripe fees.
How to read the result
Direct revenue is the share of existing turnover collected outside a platform under your assumption. Only net savings represent potential margin gain before other business costs.
About fees
BNB Pilot adds no per-booking fee. Stripe fees still apply and are paid by the host. Their amount depends on your Stripe terms, so the calculator sets no default rate.
