Airbnb ⇄ Vrbo steps
- Airbnb: export the calendar (.ics) from Calendar > Sync.
- Vrbo: export the calendar from Owner dashboard > Import/Export iCal.
- Cross-import: paste the Airbnb URL into Vrbo and the Vrbo URL into Airbnb (Import calendar).
- Create a test block to verify both directions.
