Airbnb ⇄ Vrbo steps

Airbnb: export the calendar (.ics) from Calendar > Sync.
Vrbo: export the calendar from Owner dashboard > Import/Export iCal.
Cross-import: paste the Airbnb URL into Vrbo and the Vrbo URL into Airbnb (Import calendar).
Create a test block to verify both directions.

No timezone: DTSTART/DTEND without TZ can shift your blocks.
