Outlook steps

Copy the Airbnb iCal URL (Calendar > Sync > Export).
Outlook web: Calendar > Add calendar > Subscribe from web, paste the URL and name it.
Outlook desktop: File > Account settings > Internet calendars, add the .ics URL and save.
Refresh and check upcoming stays.

Slow refresh: some platforms update every 30 minutes to 6h.
No timezone: DTSTART/DTEND without TZ can shift your blocks.
Empty feed: new listing, disabled calendar or wrong link pasted.
Truncated URL: missing token or extra space during copy/paste.
