Outlook steps

  1. Copy the Airbnb iCal URL (Calendar > Sync > Export).
  2. Outlook web: Calendar > Add calendar > Subscribe from web, paste the URL and name it.
  3. Outlook desktop: File > Account settings > Internet calendars, add the .ics URL and save.
  4. Refresh and check upcoming stays.

  • Slow refresh: some platforms update every 30 minutes to 6h.
  • No timezone: DTSTART/DTEND without TZ can shift your blocks.
  • Empty feed: new listing, disabled calendar or wrong link pasted.
  • Truncated URL: missing token or extra space during copy/paste.
  • Multi-calendar conflicts: several imports can overwrite or duplicate bookings.
  • Network/CORS block: some servers disallow direct fetch from the browser.
