Outlook steps
- Copy the Airbnb iCal URL (Calendar > Sync > Export).
- Outlook web: Calendar > Add calendar > Subscribe from web, paste the URL and name it.
- Outlook desktop: File > Account settings > Internet calendars, add the .ics URL and save.
- Refresh and check upcoming stays.
