Rapid action plan

  1. Test the URL below: check events and dates.
  2. Regenerate the Airbnb iCal link (it changes) then update every external import.
  3. Add a test block and check propagation after 30 minutes.
  4. Add a 2–3h buffer between checkout and check-in to absorb export delays.
  5. If the feed stays empty: contact Airbnb Support and keep a manual block until fixed.

Problèmes courants iCal

  • Slow refresh: some platforms update every 30 minutes to 6h.
  • No timezone: DTSTART/DTEND without TZ can shift your blocks.
  • Empty feed: new listing, disabled calendar or wrong link pasted.
  • Truncated URL: missing token or extra space during copy/paste.
  • Multi-calendar conflicts: several imports can overwrite or duplicate bookings.
  • Network/CORS block: some servers disallow direct fetch from the browser.

Mini iCal tool

Preview any Airbnb/Booking/Vrbo iCal feed through the BNB Pilot backend to bypass CORS and check events.

Paste the full .ics URL or an ICS snippet to see the events we detect.
